I tried to track the heat on my CPU it shows that it is 100 Degree celcius in Speccy! But it is only 65 degree celcius in SpeedFan. Why is my computer so hot? I am only running an internet browser! I just got this comp a week ago!

Here is a pick from HWMonitor: http://postimg.org/image/u4a1spyrh/

TY!

Oh, I didn't notice it was a laptop. Then higher temperatures happen.

The temperature in the CPU doesn't have much to do with the surface temperature. If the cooler is bad, it actually means that it's bad at transporting the heat from the CPU out to the environment, so the laptop might feel cooler while the CPU is much hotter.
These measurements are not always reliable. I would guess that HWMonitor is picking up a bogus reading, while SpeedFan may be getting the correct temperature.

Even 65C is too high though, since you're measuring at idle. You might want to check that the case has decent airflow and that the CPU cooler is seated correctly.

I mean the laptop has a fan on the side and is elevated off the ground slightly. It doesn't feel very hot underneath or on the side. Im using it on my lap and it isnt bad. Wouldn't 100 degree Celsius burn me? lol
