Question amd cpu question laptop

yes i have a asus gaming laptop with a amd 3550 and a vega 8 gpu now or these consider cross fire ? i get like 50 fps on silent mode and turbo i get 200 fps but my pc gets 95c then shuts down so i keep it on silint or balance mode

when i have it on balance it stays around 85c which is fine for me since its a laptop in they get very hot
