I FIXED IT BY MYSELF, READ MY LAST COMMENT

Hello,
So I have my FX 8350 For 2 and a half years now and I've never had problems with overheating cuz of my watercooling, It is running the stock settings (4GHZ) and is at Idle on Desktop something like 45-50 DegreesC. I've seen 65 Degrees C on simple applications like a game setup or 80 Degrees C on gaming. My CPU was overclocked for 1 year to 4.3GHZ and I had no problems
( Idle 28-35Degrees C , Gaming 45-50Degrees C ). By the way my motherboard's temp's are 25-29Degrees C. Now just on stock GHZ I am experiencing 50 Degrees C on the CPU. My PC Case that I bought 3 years ago was and is a budget Case(60 Euros) Its an MS-TECH with 1 Fan on front 1 On Back And 2 On Side. My watercooling is not really compatible with my case, Its on the back
( Its a double fan radiator - One on front and one on back so the radiator is in the middle ).
I tried so much with the cooling of my case but nothing helped me so far. I know my cooling layout is not great but like I said I needed a budget case at the time.
There are 2 normal 120MM Fans on side and one on front. The watercooling is blocking much on the back of the case, Should I just use the stock cpu fan with stock GHZ and the normal case fans?
Please help, I am sick of the high temp's + I am worried that something is gonna happen, PC is shutting down recently by itself without warning and all of this started just 2 days ago. And by the way I reapplied the Thermal Pase but it didn't work I mean the pc Is useable now with the new thermal paste in doesn't shut down anymore but the temp's are still too high.

Those are my specs:
Case: MS-TECH Raptor Green
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: GTX 970 SuperClocked
RAM: 12GB DDR3
MOBO: Asus m5a97 evo r2
CPU Cooler: Watercooled Enermax Liqmax II 120S

Solution
I removed the Water Cooling And Installed The Stock Cooler on my cpu and now its 24-34Degrees Celsius on idle wich is perfect for me. I didn't try to game yet but I don't expect much high temp's. I think my case was not good enough for a water cooling system, shame that I bought one and lost so much time on a water cooler, I think I am going with an aircooler now. The water cooler itself is not bad at all, Its just my case that's not great with a water cooling system.
Now I use the stock cooler with 4 x 120MM Case Fans and everything is perfect.

The pump is connected to the motherboard and I can't really adjust the speed of the pump? I didn't even know that that was possible? If so how?

On your model you don't control the pump speed. But, pumps can still fail (stop pumping entirely) or wear down (pump slower and slower) which would result in overheating. You should be able to hear and feel the vibrations when it's on. Some people also like to hold the tubing to see how warm each side gets as it passes through the radiator. If the pump is working one side should heat up much more rapidly than the other.

I also noticed your model has 3 settings, Silent, Performance, and Overclock mode. Not 100% sure, but I think it's this:

If the pump is still pumping that could bump the fan speeds enough to help, but if the pump is dead it won't make any difference.

Yeah the settings on the fans are both oh performance but still experiencing random shut downs ingame after 80Degrees C. I am gonna try to use the stock aircooling and try it out and see if it makes difference
