amd cpu temps

Hi i have a AMD FX-8350 running at stock clocks with a Cooler master Seidon 240V but my temps at idle are around 50c and at load its around 60-70c but on my i5-6500K at 4Ghz its running a lot cooler. is this normal for the AMD CPU or is there something wrong?

An idle temperature that high, no.

Load is possible but with cooling that good, still doubt-able.

On my AMD FX 6300 + Corsair H60 OC'd to 4.5 GHz I got around 55-60 C load and little over room temps idle.
