Amd CPU usage problem

The problem I have is that recently I built a new system. I used an AMD FX-4350 Piledriver cpu. i have found in the last week that my CPU load is going to 100% every so often. Whenever this happens I have to restart the system. As it is frozen and nothing responds. It isn't over-heating as around idle I keep it at 35-38 degrees. I use a corsair H60 so I don't think cooling is the problem. When I had my previous system that was intel I never encountered this problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

My specs are:
AMD FX-4350
Asus M5A97 EVO R.20
Corsair H60
Asus GTX 670

Edit: I would like to add I don't do very demanding things normally when this happens

I tried but the system froze so I could not open it. I then tried to have it open but the result didn't come in

lmao you have an entry level fx4350 cpu with a gtx670, I assume you are gaming. What was your previous intel system before. your cpu will get 100% cpu load every game you play as your cpu can't handle the gtx 670.

I had a intel i5 2.5ghz but I could not put this graphics card into this system so I built a new one as some of the other components were also outdated

You say you are not doing demanding things when it happens so I assume you are not gaming is this correct? Is there any chance you have a virus or any other malicious software?

I did a full scan with AVG and nothing came up

Bottlenecking has nothing to do with a pc freezing. Idle temps are mostly useless, you need to know what temps you get under load. Use prime95.
