I am going to go with a all out computer build and don't wan't to change anything but GPU. I see some AMD CPUs will be messed up with GPUs. I am also buying this from Cyber PowerPC
Anyways, here's the specs for the new computer.
Case: CyberPowerPC X-Titan 100 MID-Tower Gaming Case
HDD: 3TB HDD
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.50 GHz Eight-Core AM3+ CPU 8MB L2 Cache & Turbo Core Technology
OS:Windows 7 Pro 64-bi
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance AMD 970 ATX w/ 1 GbLAN, 3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1 PCI, 1 M.2
PSU: 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready
RAM: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory
Cooling Fan: Cooler Master GeminII S524 CPU Cooler w/ Aluminum Fins & 5 Heatpipes
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That is my specs for the new computer.
Note: The reason why I choose these specific items is to Live Stream, do YouTube Video's, and render 3D animations
I am wondering if this mess up my GPU because I read a forum on here saying it might bottleneck but I am pretty sure because he was using a AMD-43 or something along the lines of that with a GTX 590

Okay cool. If I were to change it later on to for example a 970 SLI, would it still work or would I have to change my PSU?

I was setting up on Cyberpower but bad I have heard bad reviews about it lately. I do like Intel more than anything but I want a 8-core that I don't ever have to worry about gaming, rendering, and live streaming.

Cyberpower is such a rip off. You'd be so much better off building your own. The FX cpus are so old now they can't really compete anymore.

I actually recommend an Intel cpu with a AMD video card for best bang for buck.

why not add a few buk for the 990 motherboard?
off all thing don't cheap on the motherboard.
about PSU. it about the how many Watt. but it also how stable does it output.
so you may want to go for the Gold. if you can find a deal it could be the same price.
you may also want to add a SSD to your rig. it doesn't have to be big. but the size need to be good for your OS with game you want to install.
and just for the info. i think the next gen video card is coming out in the summer. when that happen. price of this gen video card will drop. so you may want to wait an see.
good luck on your computer build. have fun : )

I think that statement has to be extinguished seriously I have seen or heard quiet a lot. The thing is how often does a CPU need to be updated. Secondly Intel never did much in the haswell, ivybridge is like 10% or less weaker than haswell...O yh that's a massive improvement hand clap intel made something sooooo worth the upgrade(sarcasm).

The FX lines are not old they are still usable as far i'm concerned what really have games or software programmed that the FX can't perform...NOTHING mate.

Haswell was a joke of a series, nothing really new to say that is a "upgrade", ivybridge = haswell when you look at performance therefore intel too "are so old now".
