AMD demonstrated working RDNA 3 silicon at its Ryzen 7000 launch event, running Lies of P. Given the timeframe, we wouldn't expect Radeon RX 7000 until November at earliest.

When hearing about GPU chiplets i expected AMD to do something similar to their CPUs. A central I/O and cache die plus 1,2, or 4 GPU dies (depending on tier). However, there was a leak article here about a month ago that painted the opposite picture of a central GCD (the GPU) surrounded by smaller MCDs (memory chiplets). They had die area measurements and other specific details that made it sound awfully authentic.
