AMD Display Adapter causes blurry text

I am using a TV as a monitor via HDMI. When I do not have the "AMD Display Adapter" installed, nothing is blurry, everything looks crisp and clear. I have tested this with the current version of catalyst, and the beta, both have the same result. Changing any of the properties in CCC do not effect how clear the picture is. The TV I am using does not have an options that have to do with aspect ratio, though I know it is not the TV that is the problem.

I was wondering if there was a way to fix this. Everything I have seen elsewhere on the web having to do with this situation has not helped at all.

Is this just blurry text, or the entire screen is blurry? It may be the Windows font rendering stuff.

Open the Control Panel, and search "ClearType." Click "Adjust Cleartype text," and tell me what happens.
