amd display driver has stopped and recovered crash

This crash has only seemed to happen after updating to 17.7.2 on AMD radeon settings. The crash happens everytime i alt tab out of a game or after playing a game and watching a video. I have tried the TdrDelay fix but its not done anything.

Try completely uninstalling the drivers using DDU, then install them again.

There seems to be some issues with the installer however, ppl with Windows 7 aren't getting all the features, so there's probably other issues in other OSes as well.
