AMD display stopped responding and have recovered

I have tried to install the latest driver from HP's website (that's my PC) and after I did, my screen flickered and I got this.

get your drivers directly from the AMD site if its an AMD card. do not rely on windows update or HP to provide you with the latest drivers. Make sure your using the lastest radeon drivers if you are using an amd card.
