Amd driver causing hero and camera movement to be sluggish in dota 2?

The other day my computer kept crashing and freezing so I restored it to factory settings using dells data safe backup. I had to re download dota 2 and when I went to adjust my resolution I noticed the one I normally play on was missing. I downloaded amd catalyst 14.4 for my radeon hd 6450. It brought the missing resolution back but I think it caused my game to feel very sluggish, almost unplayable. The hero and camera seem to be stuttering when I move them. I never had this problem before I restored my system, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Im running windows 7.

Try completely uninstalling all the drivers using Display driver uninstaller. Just leave the default settings, choose the AMD option and select yes when it asks you if you want to reboot to safe mode. Then yes to restart the computer after the uninstall is done. Then reinstall the AMD CCC driver below. It's the 14.7 stable beta drivers and it has a bunch of hotfixes for gaming issues. I'd download the drivers before you do the uninstall. This works for about 75% of AMD display driver issues.
