AMD Driver Error

I deactivated my AMD driver cause i cept geting an error message. Now my monitor is black.
How can i turn my AMD back on when i cant see a thing?;;

should start and display in safe mode on the windows default vga driver and than you make the adjustments for there and reboot normal ???

restart tap the F8 key during post and that should trigger to boot in to safe mode
