amd driver improvement question

When Amd says the drivers are improved by up to 9 percent at 2560x1600 with Ultra settings enabled. does that mean people running at 1080p get an increase to or is it at that res only?

it is what they say it is (atleast the number in% is theoretical and depends from system to system)

No, if at 2560x1600 the improvement is 9-10% the improvement for 1080p should be more, if I am correct it should be a 10-20% improvement
