Question Amd driver problem

I bought a new gpu (radeon rx 550)
to upgrade from my integrated gpu. So when I try to install drivers this message pops up "Components are already installed", I don't have any amd drivers on my pc only Intel which I uninstalled with DDU. My os is Windows 10.
Any suggestions?

Windows probably went and installed the drivers behind your back.

Was the boot/restart a bit longer than usual after removing the original intel drivers?

Yes it was, but I did it again and this time i unplugged it from Internet same result. Is there any other way to prevent it from reinstalling drivers?

It might be worth trying a DDU removal followed immediately by a AMD driver installation, with no intervening restart.

The installer should show you what driver your gpu has currently running it and the latest version that it can install. Did you choose the latest version with the option of clean install?
