Amd driver stopped working and has fully recovered

Sometimes when I play games the screen goes black, the gpu fans stop working (takes about 2 seconds) then the screen starts working again and there's a message that says ''Display driver stopped responding and has recovered'' after that I can't open the game up and I have to close it to play again. What might be the problem?

Make sure your GPU driver is up to date, if not update it and you should not have this issue again
