Question amd driver timeout (black screen every minute)

Just a while ago my screen kept freezing then going black and then coming back on. Then i got a message from AMD Bug Report Tool saying:
We detected a driver timeout had occurred on your system.
And this kept happening every minute or two. Screen froze, went black then came back on with this message.

I have a Sapphire RX 570 4gb.
Anyone know why it’s happening and if there is a fix?

I am experiencing the AMD Driver Timeout problem. Every couple mins or so my screen will freeze, go black and then come back on. Then on my screen will be an error message saying:
We detected a driver timer has occurred on your system.

My GPU is an RX 570 4gb. Up to date in Radeon Adrenalin. Latest drivers.

All i need to know is why it’s happening and if there is a fix

Ryzen 3 2300x
2x8gb RAM Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz
MSI A320M -A PRO
1TB HDD
Coolermaster 230V 500W

a 500w should be fine, but the margins a little bit close in my opinion.

Started yesterday, and funny thing is i just put new RAM in yesterday too.
