Question Amd driver trouble

Hello there, i am having trouble with installing the driver for my 5600 never built a pc before but had a friend look at it and said that everything should have been fine.The problem is that when i try to install the driver windows 10 flickers 2 times and screen goes black then i have to install windows again.Windows doesn't detect the gpu but cpu z does.I updated the bios but same thing happened.I also tried to install it after using ddu same deal.I was excited to finally have a good pc but now im feeling let down should i return the gpu? My motherboard is a h410m/ac cpu:i5 10400f
