AMD Driver Uninstall DDU

So I wanted to completely wipe and reinstall the 15.4 beta drivers in an attempt to fix the low fps I have in GTA 5. I am using DDU to do the uninstall. I have a few questions. First, do i need to run the program in safe mode? Second, once uninstalled, and restarted, will I be able to view windows for the reinstall? AKA will windows revert to default drivers to give me at least some display output? I cant boot into safe mode without getting into windows because of UEFI Bios. Thx

So will windows revert to the default driver and boot after the uninstall?
