AMD Driver wont install

I had just completely uninstalled my AMD Crimson 5.12 drivers using the AMD uninstall utility it rebooted and all was working fine. I go to install the drivers again but its been stuck on "analyzing system" for 20minutes. Ive installed the R 900 series 8.1 64bit crimson 5.12. Any idea why it isnt progressing past this point?

download version 15.7.5.2, save it to desktop, unzip files to desktop, boot PC into safe mode, turn off antivirus and other applications, run the DDU, follow on screen instructions, and once thats finished restart computer and try to install latest AMD drivers.

Once I restart it I just boot it normally? No longer in safe mode?

And it wont let me use that site saying it contains harmful programs.

just download what i told you, the version of DDU i listed or you can go to the second link and its the second one down called Display Driver Uninstaller

Yer, the first site I click on wont load for some reason, acts as if I dont have internet. And the second when I go to download says its not safe.

also try to look at this to do it manually pretty simple steps to follow to ensure you delete everything from previous driver before installing new drive

Yer ive downloaded it, but the only version of the driver I can download is 15.12, so that wont install.

did you use DDU or manually remove all amd folders after uninstalling driver?

I used the AMD uninstaller, so it removed everything, I looked at that link and I have none of those folders.

Well, I had to go a slightly different route since it refused to do as I ask, but other than sayig the gaming evolved app didnt download it worked well. Thanks man.
