AMD drivers 1603 error

Okay so, i recently bought a new PC r3 2200g and Rx 580 8gb all was good at the start when i installed the drivers except for the relive tab was missing in the and app. So i uninstalled it with amdcleanuputility and when i tried to reinstall it, error 1603, i then tried ddu to fully uninstall everything same error. Tried some PowerShell commands, didn't work. Tried deleting the amd folder it still doesn't work. All i want is my graphics drivers with relive

OS: Windows 10

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Which drivers are you trying to install and did you source them from AMD's support site?

I have the exact same issue, amd has an error guide for this problem on their website and nothing has worked for me. I have already reinstalled windows multiple times and not even that works. I the driver itself installs but none of the software like the settings menu. I've tried basically everything at this point and I'm considering sending back my card and buying a different gpu instead even if it is an inferior poduct. I alreadt spend a full day (12 hours) straight trying to solve it and I'm really at my wit's end
