AMD drivers kept uninstalling

I have weird problem..i have 7970ghz edition and MSI 280X in crossfire both running at same clock speed.the thing is every time i restart my PC AMD drivers kept uninstalling by itself..Operating system is windows 8.1 same thing happened with windows 10 so i thought it might be windows 10 but now same thing is happening in windows 8.1..i have 4790K with turbo enabled..MOBO: MSI Z97 G45 Gaming and 16gb ram 1300watt evga..the thing is when install the card in first PCI-E slot just one card no crossfire my game kept crashing after one minute..i had no issue with second slot..so when i had one card i was using the second slot..now since i bought another 280x since it was cheap..when i do the crossfire setup everything works but everytime i restart i lose display drivers..any help would be appreciate it

Try doing a clean install of the drivers as outlined in the drivers section here.:
