So basically today I bough a Saphhire R9 390. Currently I have a GTX 560ti and amd phenom 1100t x6..... So what I did was I plugged in the new graphics card and booted up. I then uninstalled the old nvidia drivers (I know now I should have uninstalled before putting in new GPU).... I can't remember exactly but at some point during the uninstall the screen went black. I just thought it was part of the uninstall so I left it for about 20 mins. I then turned off the computer and turned it back on. Windows (10) have a really low res loading screen then went to black. So I turned it off and back on. Still same, so I put in the 560ti and it worked from there I uninstalled nvidia drivers expecting when I plugged back in the amd that it would work. But no still the same.... After some struggle I booted into safe mode. Then got back into normal mode. From there I downloaded amd drivers, 2% in I got an error saying install package failure, I clicked ok and the install continued. Then at about 16% the screen went black. Again I thought it was part of the install so I left it for about 20 mins. Nothing

So after much frustration I just plugged in the old GPU and downloaded driver fusion and completely wiped all drivers. Plugged in the AMD gpu and for the first time it booted straight into Windows. So I downloaded drivers, did he whole 2% thing then abou 16%. So I turned off and back on now the issue from the start happened again where it wouldn't load Windows..... I put in old gpu (which boots up fine) and wiped drivers, this fixed it and would allow me to boot in again... Still same 2% 16% issue...

After about 6 hours of replacing GPU's over and over again. I went on the internet which told me to wipe drivers and perform any windows updates. So I did all this and still same thing...

Now it's been about 10 hours of frustration and I still can't figure it out... Could someone please please help me out here. Sorry for the long paragraph just tryed to tell you guys everything.
