Question AMD drivers on Intel CPU without any graphics card ?

Hello,
I have a samsung galaxy book pro and its screen got damaged. I purchased a new screen but when I check its Power on/off sequence it says that it needs AMD drivers to work(it needs AMD driver to change some register value to turn on/off the screen). But the laptop uses Intel Iris Xe Graphics in the "display adapters" in device manager. I am unable to install AMD drivers without any AMD hardware.
So my questions are
1) Am i right about needing AMD drivers for the laptop screen to work?
2) Can i install AMD drivers on my machine?
3) what else can i do for the screen to work?

old screen part number: ATNA56YX02
new screen part number: ATNA56YX03

Ps: Old screen's power on/off sequence mentions Intel for the register value changes so obviously that screen worked.

I have this one

CPU Model: Intel Core i7
Ram Memory Installed: Size16 GB
Operating System: Windows 11 Home
Graphics Card Description: Integrated
Graphics Coprocessor: Intel Iris Xe Graphics
CPU Speed: 2.8 GHz

And power on/off sequence looks like this

And old screen's sequence is same but without the AMD line.

I'd imagine this is just a situation where you need to buy the right screen for your device. I couldn't find a case of anyone trying to do what you did. Everything I saw regarding screen replacement for that laptop showed the screen model numbers matching your original.

Thank you for your feedback. As the original screen is not being manufactured now so its impossible to buy the old part number. Also these screens are very costly(at least for me)(around 350USD with shipping) so I was hoping to get the new screen working without having to purchase another one again.

I have purchased a laptop screen for my samsung book pro whose power on/off sequence is below.

As you can see that it needs AMD to change some register value to display anything. My guess is that it will work properly only with AMD drivers. But I dont have any GPU in my laptop.

Laptop: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-NP950XDB-KC5US-Book-15-6-i7-1165G7/dp/B09W61JVTS

What can I do to run the screen on my laptop. I open to all suggestions including changing driver code for Intel Iris Xe Graphics to include the line which enables this register(I know its risky but I am desperate because these screens cost a lot).
