Question AMD drivers unable to install on windows 10

I recently bought an AMD GPU rx470, while waiting for it to arrive i tried downloading the latest driver and it said this app can't run on your PC. I'm having Nvidia GPU at the moment so could it be the reason i can't run the AMD drivers or something else?.

Just wait until you’ve installed your card to install the drivers and then you’re going to want to remove your old drivers first using DDU
