amd dual card gpu overheating need help!

AMD Radeon 8450G + HD 8600M gpu over 100+C....What can i do to lower it? My fans sounds like its about to explode.Note that i took the screenshot while playing WoW(which is not really demanding as u can see).Pc is hp 1 year old, never cleaned of dust.

1.clean it and remove any clogs

2. see if you fans still work

3. if they do and still you get high temps change your thermal paste

You really should use a cooling pad for your laptop; of course, first thing to do is what uthvag suggested.
