AMD Dual Core optimizer?

I have an Intel CPU, never AMD but I have AMD Dual Core optimizer installed.

Should I delete it?

Some games use it. I've seen it on my desktop computer, which has an Intel processor and AMD graphics cards.

You can remove it, however it may have an effect on gaming. Do you have any older games you play on your computer? I know on my computer, I installed Beyond Good and Evil (got it for cheap off Steam), and it installed the AMD Dual Core Optimizer. Uninstalling it caused performance issues with that game.
