AMD E240 Overclocking

I'm planning to get a system under 5000 PHP(Philippine Peso), therefore I want to know how much I can overclock an E240 because of its high temperature threshold(correct term?)

I may also get a Sempron 145.

The E-240 suck at overclocking, designed for laptops and are soldered on to the motherboard.

The Sempron 145 is an end of life cpu, sinlge core, but does overclock well, has been known for people being able to unlock a second core.

If $$ tight, go with an AMD Trinity series. A4-5300, although cheapest chip, far superior to the E2-40 or Sempron.

Well, my budget is 5k - 6k PHP, I'll be having RAM of about 1.5k PHP, and the CPU is literally 2x more expensive.
