ummmmm, Milan-X is not a product name.... it's an internal code name... I doubt anyone can sue over the use of the X as a suffix in Epyc 7773X .... when we reach that level of trademarking in this industry, it's time to just go live in what little is left of a remote jungle somwhere.... What's next, suing Tesla for the Model-X?
