Question AMD Error about LINK FAILURE.

Hello, i have this weird thing, with AMD GPU.
I'm getting in random times, AMD Software: Adrenaline Error about "The system has detected a link failure and cannot set the requested resolution"

This prety much, started happened, affter i made "Custom Resolution"in Adrenaline for CS:GO so i can play in 1280x960 4:3
I'made this resolution, and affter it i started getting this error.

But my desktop resolution is 1920x1080 @ 280hz, native resolution.
Never had this problem with NVIDIA GPU that i had before, i bought AMD.
Getting annoying.

The System:

CPU: i7-8700K
MB: ASUS Z370-E GAMING
RAM: 16GB @ 3200MHz
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 970 M.2 500GB
GPU: ASUS STRIX RX 570 (4GB)
PSU: SEASONIC PRIME 750W 80+Platinum

MONITOR: ASUS VG279QM @ 280Hz 1920x1080p
2x MONITOR IS AN SAMSUNG TV 47inch also running 1920x1080p @ 60Hz

Main monitor is connected trought DPI Cable.
SAMSUNG TV is connected trought HDMI cable.

Down the line, it is about cable connection from PC to monitor that causes this error message.

Thank you for your answer.! i'will try different HDMI cables, i have laying around.
Heads up, i can sense also this could be the problem.

Also, i can't choose your post as solution, Because i can't see the button, might tomshardware has removed that feature?
I can only Like post. Weird.
