This is potentially good news for RX 6800XT buyers. The RDNA2 launch for both the RX 6800XT and RX 6800 was an absolute disaster, and worse than the Nvidia RTX 3080 launch

Yeah, I'm not sure that supply issues by themself are worse than Ampere's early crashing issues coupled with moderately better supply issues.

Unless AMD leaned on board partners and threatened them with supply constraints, I don't see this happening.
