Question AMD External Events Utility Service Issue.

I have had an issue with this one many times. I've been tired to get this service enables again forever. Disabled this service causes programs loading longer than I expected, it annoys me. I DDU'ed it a few days ago, and reinstalled AMD graphics drivers, it went well, then this morning Windows decided to disabled AMD External Events Utility Service again. Is there a way to forcing service enables?

My PC spec on my signature and my monitor is ASUS VG275Q with FreeSync enabled.

And if I turned PC off all night then turn it back on this morning. Windows reset AMD External Events Utility service back to "Stopped". I don't know what I expect to fixing the problem. Anyone else can help me a bit?
