AMD eyefinity and Free-Sync

So i have a couple of questions.

#1 Does Free-Sync work through a DP to HDMI adapter?

#2 Does Free-Sync work with eyefinity if the monitor uses Free-Sync through HDMI.
The monitors i would be using are the LG 24MP68VQ-P And the would be connected as listed below.
First monitor HDMI to HDMI, Second monitor HDMI to DP(adapter) Third monitor HDMI to DP(adapter)

#3 Will Free-sync work with this setup?

you probably need the active dp adapter, not passive one, but however it depends, just in case it wont work. freesync should work with eyefinity if all display works properly. but for sure make sure your pc can run game in such high res
