AMD Fenom 925 overclock

tell me whether it is possible to overclock phenom 925 to 3.7 or 4.0 MHz

3.5ghz is about as high as I have seen stable for most of those chips and that is with Water. This guy claims to have hit 4ghz http://www.overclock.net/t/957776/amd-phenom-ii-x4-925-popped-4-0

Here is one at 3.7ghz but just liking getting a 955 and up past 4ghz it's about the luck of the chip.
