The power supply seems a bit sketchy. Also if I were to run a budget PSU I would only run that at ~50% capacity, which translates to ~600W for this build.

Maybe look into the EVGA 600B? It is the same price.

im hoping to get a fully modular one so i can use some cables from cablemod do you have any idea what would be a good fully modular psu?

The CX series of power supplies struggles with high amperage CPUs like the 8350, you will likely see voltage instabilities develop rather quickly with that PSU... You will also have to update BIOS on your motherboard to get that CPU to work correctly, but that's easily done.
