check the settings on AC unity[medium-low textures:high], also look at the games all the 14-15 AAA vram eater games (GTA5, DYing light etc) are missing from the bench.
For me it seems to be confirming the theory of limitations on HBM v1, since it's fast but the swapping may still kill it when hardcrossing the 4gb in form of frametime spikes and decreased performance.
Why else would AMD use settings like that?
