AMD FX 4100 Question

I saw in My Computer properties, it says 32-bit Operating System, x64 Based Processor
Does that mean FX-4100 is based on 64-bit Architecture? Will it give better results on x64 Windows?

The FX-4100 hac a 64bit architecture, like all modern cpu. The only reason for a win32bit to 64bit upgrade is the amount of ram though, because 32bit is limited to 4GB. There is no difference in performance.
