AMD FX 4100 Voltages

Okay now im with ASRock 880GMH/U3S3 and AMD FX 4100 4x 3.6ghz. The default voltages are: CPU Voltage 1.4125 ; CPU NB Voltage 1.2500. I read that people overclock the processor to 4.5 - 4.6ghz without increasing the voltages. Now I clocked it to 4.2ghz and the CPU voltage is 1.5000 even a step back and I stress tests fail! My question is what are the voltages that I should not go beyond with this processor. ( I control the Tempetarutres and they are good ) Cause Im still new in Overclocking I also don't know if just the CPU voltage increasing is enough when going over 4.2ghz. But the main question is what voltages I can reach with no fear... for this processor. Thanks for your time!

i woudln't go over 1.45 with that chip unless you have awesome cooling. it might not be your voltage holding you back, send me a screen of all your settings.

here's the monitoring. But I don't think it shows right numbers for the voltage cause in BIOS i've set the CPU Coltage to 1.5000 and the CPU NB Voltage to 1.2500...

In the monitoring says... as you can see.. "CPU core voltage 1.378" and it always changes... also "CPU VCore 1.385 " also changing constantly, but it never gose over 1.4 and above (Im not sure these voltages are the same though ??)
Also.. ASRock Tuner says: CPU NB Voltage 1.5500 (I was 1.2500 in BIOS and still is)

help me please.. im confused... :|

PS. I can control the voltages from ASRock and lower the crazy CPU NB v1.5500... to as in BIOS 1.2500 and also I can go to CPU Voltage 1.5000 as.. in bios.. but I don't know which voltages to believe anymore.... HELP! (sad)

Always go with what's in BIOS, software is more often than not unreliable
