AMD FX 4100 with GTX 950 FTW

I was wondering if the CPU would restrict the GPU too much. I don't care about playing the latest games or if its at ultra, I care that the GPU will be a significant upgrade from my older GPU, the AMD HD 6770. The games I play are- Planetside 2,Killing Floor,Rocket League, Blacklight Retribution.
Are those CPU dependent games?

Not really. GTX 950 FTW is not THAT powerful. There won't be a major bottleneck. You're good.

Yes, it will be a HUGE upgrade from HD 6770.
