Hi.
I have an AMD FX 4300 3.8GHz, not over clocked. Recently my PC has been freezing constantly even on idle when just restarting (on Windows 7).
Anyway, after that, I bought a new Kingston a400ssd 120GB and installed new windows 10 64bit in it. Freezing stops but will just shut down like power is off.
I took a screenshot of my bios temperature right after the shutdown and it's around 72-75 degree C. On Hwmonitor, the AMD temperature is 88+ max.
Also to note that I just changed the stock fan to cooler Master blizzard t2. *Edit* I can touch the heatpipe. Warm but not hot. Probably around 30+ degree C.
Is there anything else I can do besides changing to a better fan? I'm not using it on gaming, mostly surfing the net or watch videos.
Thanks.

p/s - If it's not the processor's issue, what else could be the problem? Motherboard(ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2) or PSU (AVF 550W)? I do get CPU Over Voltage once.
