Amd Fx 4300 upgrade

I just bought a gtx 1060 6gb turbo. I know I need to upgrade my amd fx 4300 to not have bottleneck issues. Is there a motherboard, ram and processor set that would work well and stay between $200 - $300 total? The Pc also came with a 450w power supply, will this need upgrading too?

Currently have GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 AMD 760G mATX and 8gb of ddr3 ram.

Your cpu is about as strong as you can hope for. The only 2 upgrades that might make any difference would be the fx6300 or the fx 8320E, which are both 95w cpus. But thats also dependent on if the bios on your board will support such a move. (bios F5 for the 6300 or F6 for the 8320E)

Thank you for the reply, I know my current CPU can't be improved much. What I'm looking for is a new motherboard, processor and ddr4 ram setup and was wondering if there were any good options available between $200 - $300 total that would not bottleneck my gtx 1060
