As the title says, that's the system I want to buy. Would there be any bottlenecks? :)
p.s. I've already got the videocard.

That thing is slow as hell and the GPU was only second best 8 YEARS AGO!. The system you want to get/make not even worth $75 bucks at this point if used, less than $120 new

Nothing will be bottlenecked because it won't even run modern games!

Videocard runs gta5/nfs:rivals @900p 35-50 fps with current gpu, medium settings.

Actually answering your question. The specs are well balanced.

People are obsessed with the word bottleneck.
A system is only as fast as it's slowest component.
ALWAYS
So technically there will be a bottleneck because there always is.

Thanks! If i overclock my cpu to about 4.5ghz it will still be a good balance, right?
