That's a case fan, not a CPU fan, are you after a CPU or case fan? What's your price range and do you want air cooled or water cooled?

I just want to change the fan my heatsink its good the fan is the problem

That's only rated to 70W. His CPU is 125W. He'd be better off just getting a 120mm cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

You already chose a post as the best answer when he recommended something far too weak for your CPU's heat output. It has nothing to do with your CPU's "size" - its what socket the CPU is (AM3+) and the wattage it is (125W). I gave you an example of one that will work fine and keep it cool (probably the most popular one on the market). In general you should have a cooler with a 120mm fan. Anything smaller is usually rated for 100W or less CPUs.
