I do know that your FPS will not be affected if you had the 6300 or the 8320, as hard to believe as that sounds. So it would depend on which GPU performs better. But for older games that use old engines, and games that require considerable CPU power, you may get unexpectedly low framerates with the FX. Editing/productivity software are not affected.
