That's a decent build. You would probably get 40-60fps on high at 1080p. That's a wild guess though. My rig is underpowered compared to yours and I get about 40ish FPS on medium settings.
No, you'll be fine. Bottlenecking really only happens with highly unbalance parts, like an old Athlon Thunderbird trying to push that 270x. 😀
