AMD FX 6300 Good to stream with Elgato HD60?

Hi!

So I built a gaming PC around last year, it's almost a year old now.

I was wondering if the AMD FX 6300 would be good for streaming WITH the Elgato HD60?

I'm not streaming from the PC, but rather, I want to stream from my PS4 via the capture card since the PS4's built in streaming feature drops the quality badly. I've been hearing things that I'll need a stronger CPU to even stream with a capture card even though I'm not recording any PC gaming. Is that true?

Also in terms of capture cards, while I would want a PCI-e capture card, my graphics card is blocking it. Is there a way around that? I've heard that USB capture cards aren't always good?

I'm new to this stuff, so any help is appreciated

That CPU is fine to stream from, but why not just try it? A USB3 capture card would be OK for HD.
