Hello Tom's Hardware,
My CPU has been acting strange for the last 3 months and I could not fix it on my own..
Every time when I boot up my PC, login and want to open Google Chrome or something else (doesn't matter what, but let's try Google Chrome). I can open google.com but when I open other tabs or want to open My Documents, everthing hangs and I can't do anything!
It lasts 20 sec and when it's done, I can go on with my stuff, but 3 mins later: the same thing..
It's affecting me with games too, giving me 100+ ms response time in League of Legends..
My CPU was overclocked at 3.8 GHZ, so I removed the OC and had the stock 3.5 GHZ but it didn't help..
What to do? Task manager gave some high % but I couldn't seem to find a program or such that was the victim..
Please help!
EDIT: I tried re-installing Windows 10 but same results..
Maybe it's my amount of wattage?
I have:
550watt PSU
AMD FX-6300 @3.7Ghz
Gigabyte GTX 970
16 GB RAM @1866MHz
Does my PSU or maybe my CPU bottleneck my system?
