AMD Fx 6300 on GA-78LMT-S2p

Hello guys , I own a GA-78LMT-S2P Gigabyte motherboard with a AMD Athlon X2 II 280 3.60 GHz and was wondering if I can upgrade to AMD FX 6300 cpu ,my current BIOS version is F3.
