Hello, so I checked my task manager cause my PC seemed a bit slow and in the per formance tab I noticed that where it usually says 3 cores and ^ logical processors it only says 2 cores and 3 Logical processors. What caused this and how do i fix it?

Solution
OK for anyone who had this issue i figured out how to fix it.
1) Go to your search tab
2) Type msconfig and hit enter
3) once the little menu pops up go to boot
4)once under boot go to advanced options (below the text box on the left)
5)Where you see number of processors uncheck the box and apply the changes
6) restart your PC
7) repeat steps 1-4
8) where you see number of processors, check the box and in the drop down menu choose 6
9) restart PC
10) enjoy the full power of your PC
When I go to msconfig > Cores i choose three since its a 3 core processor but then in task manager it still says 2 cores and 3 logical processors, rather than 3 cores and 6 logical processors
