hdd-1tb
psu-corsair vs 450
i made this for gaming every one suggested me to go with i3 but i made a false decission by selecting an pentium it is severly suffering from bottle neck.now i have planned to change my processor...
my budget is $200 in my locality i3 is available for $100 and if i have to buy an amd fx 6300 it costs $200 along with mobo...the shortage here is i have my phone's screen broken i use my phone lot more than pc so if i buy fx 6300 i cant afford an phone and also if i3 will also be bottle necked there will be no point in changing my processor give me suggestion pleaseeee..................i can give up my decision of buying phone if i3 will also be bottle necked ......i would like to play modern games atleast @30fps med and old games before 2014@40 ultra

I would normally say the FX 6300 but since getting the i3 involves no motherboard change, go with that, or even a i5 2500k.

I had a 3220 and it's great for gaming, not so much for streaming/recording/rendering though.
I'd advise you to go for an i3, you'll be spending a lot more money on switching out your motherboard and buying an AMD so I'd never even consider that if I were on a budget. Your i3 will most likely not be bottlenecked since gaming relies heavily on your video card and a very strong processor will thus often not be needed.

Since you also play older games I'd lean even more to an Intel processor since older games take even less advantadge of multi-core performance than the little the newer games do at the moment. So I'd definitely advise the i3 over changing your mobo and buying the amd fx 6300
