AMD FX 6300 Temps (no overclocking)

Good afternoon,

I have an AMD FX 6300 Black Edition CPU on a Gigabyte 970A-DS3 mobo, i opted out of a extra CPU cooler and stayed with stock (so i could get a better GPU).

I have heard the stock fan on these (well any AMD processor) is rubbish and i am probably looking to buy and install a CM Hyper 212 EVO (based on suggestions from these forums), just to be safe and to ensure the CPU last as long as it should.

In the mean time i have installed HWmonitor just to check how everything is doing but need a little help/guidance reading the data:

I alt/tabbed out of Farcry 3 (on max settings) to take this screen shot (after about an hour of playing) and wanted to know which of these temps is actually the CPU temp and are they okay?

Tried to find the answer for myself by looking at other peoples posts but got very confused and most of them turned into people boating about how cool their PC is... :/

Well, the 46oC current and 56oC max are the CPU temperatures, and there are more than fine. Install this: http://www.filehippo.com/download_speedfan/ It can make you a chart (temperature vs time), so you can keep it on while playing.

I run afterburner to monitor my gpu temp. In game, will speed fan conflict with this?

Also what are the TMP temperatures and are they anything I need to worry about?
